Poket Univ is an all-in-one community app for college students. After the app’s successful launch in South Korea, I spearheaded Poket Univ’s first international expansion to the US by:

• Leading, developing, and executing an expansion plan, projecting marketing strategies and illustrative financials for a pre-launch at UC Berkeley

• Conducting market and user research through primary and secondary methods for market validation amongst college students across the US

• Providing "US application-focused" UI suggestions through usability testing results

• Launching, curating, and managing Poket Univ's US socials
